The idea was to offer high quality, fresh products to customers in an upscale environment. Since 1990, the company has more than 20 times grown in size. We are now employing over 35 Culinary Artists. The company’s specialties include wedding cakes and cakes for special occasions, Italian cookies as well as traditional cookies, pastries, chocolates, gift baskets and party favors. We now have expanded our operation to offer fresh soups, sandwiches, wraps and specialty salads to our customers in our Bistro.
Originally a 1,000 square foot operation, David and Ernest realized that if they were going to continue in the business, they would have to expand in order to accommodate the demand for products by the public. Lines would form outside of their original location at 441 Payne Ave. around holidays, and they would span an entire city block. Customers didn’t seem to mind standing outside and waiting for the opportunity to purchase baked goods in the cold winter weather.
David and Ernest knew that even though customers were patient with their small operations capabilities, an expansion would greatly enable them to do more and accommodate the demand for products by customers. In 1999 Muscoreil’s expanded to a 4,000 square foot facility. Again the name and demand had grown and again Muscoreil’s was faced with an inability to accommodate the demand for products from both the public and private sectors.
Recently Muscoreil's has had the opportunity to Expand once again , This time Purchasing their own state of the art facility located on Niagara Falls Blvd. just minutes from practically anywhere in the Buffalo-Niagara region. The new facility spanning 10,000 square feet and set on over 4 acres of land, has truly developed into a Slice of Heaven raved the Buffalo News, and was given excellent food ratings as critiqued. The review went on to say that Muscoreil’s is truly one of the regions most artistic culinary treasures. The bakery was given 3 and ½ stars out of a possible 4 stars, losing a half star because the parking lot was unfinished and because the hours were not long enough for our lunches in the Bistro.
Don’t take our word for it though, come on in and see for yourself why people say
MMMMMMMMMMMM.....Muscoreil's!
Or
...Give me one of everything please!
